A native Angelino by birth Ammons Smith appeared on the acting scene scoring three straight national commercials in a two month span in 1997. Ammons then moved to music videos and worked with top acts like Ice Cube, The Alcoholics, Ice Tea, and Michael Jackson. He has also appeared in several plays and has performed his stand-up
comic routine at The Laugh Factory, Ice House and Comedy Store as well as many other venues in and around Los Angeles. Ammons has also written and produced several different projects including his big public access hit “Color Blind” which attracted a large following and his soon to be released film, “Vegas, Bound and Gagged”, Basketball Jones and Inner City.
